50% - Oversee and troubleshoot critical weldments ensuring best practices for weld fit-up, cleanliness requirements and weld parameters are followed. 15% - Develop weld parameters and document best practices to support production. 15% - Perform root cause analysis and disposition discrepant hardware. 5% - Perform statistical process analysis of welding processes.
Candidates will be required to travel to other client sites to perform AOG Technician work. Will primarily perform maintenance on Falcons, Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Learjet's. Our client has taken on new contracts and is looking to add to their AOG team. Will be required to travel, and must be flexible with shift. They will be trained and report to there Lincoln, Nebraska facility.
