The Asheville Maintenance Technician will maintain production and facility support equipment to required specifications. As a Maintenance Technician you will be required to diagnose, repair, and calibrate mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic control systems for CNC machine tools, manufacturing processes, test equipment, facility/ utility and other associated equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
Perform tasks related to receiving, ordering, stocking, cycle counting, warehousing and releasing materials for maintenance activities. Perform Security audits, walks, discussions along with fill for the Site Security Leader. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking.
