Purpose and Scope: The Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.Essential Responsibilities:Services, repairs and overhaul equipment and engines.

The Maintenance Test Pilot (AH-64 E) utilizes flight test techniques to perform test flights of aircraft to measure performance and handling to determine airworthiness following maintenance or modifications.

The Machinist, Maintenance will fabricate parts and components for equipment or items on fabrication work order and to meet specified or original specification requirements in accordance with applicable equipment technical directives referenced in the Technical Library.

Principal Accountabilities
