Amentum is currently seeking a qualified Aircraft Mechanic 1 specialized in Aircraft Armament (EA-18G experience is required) in support of the U.S Naval Air Station maintenance operations at NAS Whidbey Island.

Amentum is seeking an Electronic Technician C - Radar for a position on Kauai, HI. Supporting the Measurement Systems, Radar Department.

The LUH72 Aircraft Technical Inspector is responsible for ensuring that assigned aircraft are maintained within required specifications and are airworthy before operation.  Inspects repairs and modification of aircraft structures, structural components and engines of complex to extreme difficulty.

Aircraft Mechanic II (MWO AH-64/UH-60/CH-47) inspect, train others and perform organizational, intermediate and depot level maintenance/modification on contract units, sub-systems, support equipment and related weapons systems.

Classification Description Repairs, maintains, and inspects aircraft structures, systems, components, and related equipment. Removes and installs aircraft components. Conducts functional tests of repaired components and systems. Special certifications may be required. May be required to adjust, align, and rig aircraft systems.

Classification Description Troubleshoots, maintains, inspects, and repairs metals, plastics, fiberglass, composites, and bonded materials. Identifies and treats corrosion on aircraft and Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) to meet structural integrity requirements.

Classification Description Repairs, maintains, and inspects aircraft structures, systems, components, and related equipment under the technical direction of an Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic (Senior) or Lead. Removes and installs aircraft components. Conducts functional tests of repaired components and systems. Special certifications may be required.

The Mechanic I is responsible for providing repair services on assigned airframe/aeronautical components and performing approved repairs. The ability to produce quality work in non-negotiable deadlines is part of this position.Essential Responsibilities:

The CBP Aircraft Mechanic maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.

Principal Accountabilities:

The Aircraft Mechanic I (Sheetmetal/Structures, AH-64) Repairs and replaces aircraft structural components to include stingers, longerons, bulkheads, beams and aircraft skin according to drawings, blueprints, directives, technical manuals and safety procedures.

The UH60 Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

The Aircraft Mechanic II performs maintenance on aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, hydraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, flight schedule and operations, ventilation and heating systems and phase and preservation services.Essential Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Mechanic I (CH-47 Mechanic Specialty) troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.
