The primary duties of this position are to install, troubleshoot, inspect, test, adjust, repair, and/or modify avionics systems, sub-systems and equipment installed on aircraft, in accordance to applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. Responsible to assist in the supervision of labor, provide technical knowledge and evaluate material requirements, upon request.
What you will do:Provide inspection support and quality oversight for production maintenance. Perform inspections of aircraft and components to determine airworthiness and conformity. The areas of responsibility will include: Heavy, Component, Line Maintenance and some manufacturing. Must be certified under Part 65 and be willing to work under Parts 21, 91, 121, 125, 135 and 145.
What you will do:The GSE/FACILITY MECHANIC/TOOLING REPAIR ensures tools are maintained in a serviceable status through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVM tools and equipment is performed in a timely manner. Tools are maintained in a serviceable status. Provides documentation for tooling needing replaced or sent out for repair.
