The Aircraft Mechanic I (Avionics Mechanic) adjusts, repairs and/or replaces electrical wiring and aircraft system avionics.  Maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.

The Aircraft Mechanic I (UH-60 Mechanic Specialty) troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. 

Amentum is currently seeking a qualified Aircraft Mechanic 1 specialized in Egress and/or Environmental Control Systems (F/A-18E/F and/or EA-18G experience is required) in support of the U.S Naval Air Station maintenance operations at NAS Whidbey Island.

The Aircraft Mechanic II (Hydraulics) AH64 troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

The UH60, AH64, CH47 Prop and Rotor Powertrain – Back Shop Mechanic AMII performs and inspects aviation unit (AVUM), intermediate (AVIM) and depot maintenance on assigned aircraft systems.Perform maintenance and repair on aircraft sub-system assemblies such as main rotor heads, transmissions, stabilators, and their sub-components.

The Aircraft Mechanic II (Sheetmetal/Structures UH-60, AH-64, CH-47) maintains, modifies, and integrates the aircraft structure and its parts.
