Primary Responsibilities:

Develops, implements and monitors quality control and ground safety programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Monitors and inspects documentation and performance of aircraft and support equipment maintenance, reviewing other peoples work and determining accuracy and conformity.

Performs fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity. Duties include installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing paste and sheet epoxies. They will also work on detailed soldering of components and assemblies per drawings and specifications.
