Established in 1968, we have built a reputation as a world-wide premiere and innovative aviation company. In the early 2000rsquo;s, we have introduced the ERJ 145 which is a twin-engine, narrow-body jet that carries 37-50 passengers. We had so much success with this aircraft that we decided to build an entire family of regional jets which are, ERJ 135, 140, 145 and 145XR.

Currently they have 4 full time heavy check lines going and are contracted with American and Amazon to do maintenance on Boeing 767 and 757.  We currently turn 12 aircraft per night at the airport for Amazon Freight network!  The maintenance checks take anywhere from 24 to 60 days.  A lot of their work is Amazon and United right now and they do 4 different heavy checks (C-1 – C-4).

Itrsquo;s a 2-hangar facility (320,000 sqft) located in Tampa. They serve as headquarters for Pemco conversions and the leader in narrow body conversion market. They have 2 C check lines and 2 D check lines. They are 70% Veterans among leadership and technicians. There is good comradery with the team there, not clicky.

We have an immediate need for experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics in Grand Junction, CO

  • Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.

The Avionics Crew Chief shall be directly responsible to the Avionics Manager for the overall operation of the Avionics Department. He/she shall plan, direct, layout, and coordinate the activities of all departments within the Repair Station to minimize delays and increase production and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mechanics will perform maintenance on company aircraft for safe and reliable flights. Mechanics will be familiar with and held accountable to the privileges, limitations, and recency of experience requirements listed in 14 CFR Part 65.81(a), 65.81(b), 65.83, 65.85, and 65.87. 

  • Prepare mechanical components at the station/workplace/aircraft parking space
  • Installation and manufacture: Mark, prepare, assemble, adapt, torque, and secure mechanical components and parts
  • Inspect bonding as per order/GTI, drawing,s and specifications
