6 years of interior install experience, preferably in the corporate aviation completion environment.

Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints
Must have 2 years of structures experience in an MRO environment
Must have your own Tools Tool Box

- Provides supervision, guidance, and prioritization to assigned teams across multiple specialties and company requirements.
- Ensures that all work performed by self or those under their supervision, including subcontractors, is performed in an airworthy manner and in compliance with approved technical data and that all maintenance steps have been accomplished.
- Perform thorough inspection of aircraft structures, identifying and documenting any signs of damage or wear.
- Execute repairs and modifications on various structural components, including but not limited to wing, fuselage, and tail sections.
- Fabricate and or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
