Candidates will be required to conduct hangar and field maintenance on our fleet of Sikorsky helicopters. Daily duties include: pre-flight/post-flight inspections, repair of components, troubleshooting various systems, and structural repairs. Some travel is required as a mechanic/signalman to support company aircraft conducting external load operations.

Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of wire routing, harness installation across the aircraft fuselage and directly installing various wiring per Diagram. Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.

What you will do:Our Structures Tech position is an exciting opportunity to perform structure maintenance, repair, and/or modification on customer aircraft.

Perform typical maintenance actions that include bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring to include the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines, and flight controls Responsible for completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts IAW with customer and/or repair station guidelines.

This position reports to the Component Repair and Overhaul Supervisor and provides general maintenance support in the form of cleaning, painting and light maintenance in support of the component repair process.REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in any industry utilizing basic mechanical skills

What you will do:This positions primary responsibility is to develop task standard estimates that encompass labor, material, elapsed time and tooling requirements for routine and non-routine task completion. Create customer work package quotations by providing accurate man-hour and materials estimates for requested tasks, taking into consideration the provisions of the customer contract.

This position reports to a supervisor of quality control and is responsible for providing inspection support and quality oversight for production maintenance. The areas of responsibility will include; heavy, component, and line maintenance, with some manufacturing. Must be certified under Part 65 and be willing to work under Parts 21, 91, 121, 125, 135, and 145.
