  • Review and evaluate maintenance and inspection requirements to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Communicate with the Lead Mechanic regarding unusual situations that may require schedule, aircraft, or manpower adjustments.
  • Oversee maintenance operations at field bases, ensuring aircraft readiness and requisitioning necessary spares.
  • Prepare reports, requisitions, and inventories, certifying all maintenance complies with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in RAMCO, including work packages, status sheets, removals, and installations.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and agents to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and manage parts inventory, recommending level adjustments when needed.
  • Maintain and calibrate company-issued special tools.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic.
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background check.
  • For Roving Maintenance Team: proficiency in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting and repair.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, and work night shifts as required.
