MRO Insider Launches Mobile Maintenance Syndicate
MRO Insider creates a syndicate for independent AOG companies and technicians around the country. Besides the sharing of resources, the group looks to shore up AOG “dead zones” by utilizing MRO Insider’s data and setting best practices for the AOG community moving forward.
Andy Nixon, president of MRO Insider, says, “As a collective, this group of independent AOG providers will help push the industry forward by sharing procedures and overall best practices to foster growth.”
He adds, “With many technicians looking to branch out on their own or work with smaller organizations, our group will have the upper hand when it comes to providing resources and non-contract AOG service, focusing on more retail opportunities, including Part 91 flight departments.”
Nixon continues, “Large MROs have always carried an advantage, but together this network will match the size while being nimbler for customer demands.”
The participating companies will remain anonymous for the time being.
With the large influx of technicians looking to form their own AOG companies, the MMS will also look to assist on the startup side to help others pursue their passion for entrepreneurship or partner with an independent provider to grow their presence.
