MRO Insider reports 30 additional AOG provider locations in the United States during the month of January, taking the platform's total number of business-aviation service providers to over 450, all linked within the app.

All aircraft delivered by Thoroughbred Aviation will now come fully enrolled with MRO Insider. This provides the operators with domestic and international AOG coverage as well as scheduled maintenance, FBO, parts and GSE search capabilities directly through the MRO Insider app from day one.

Following the launch of its European expansion, the MRO Insider platform is used to quickly dispatch AOG support in Italy for a U.S.-based Gulfstream operator.

MRO Insider creates a syndicate for independent AOG companies and technicians around the country. Besides the sharing of resources, the group looks to shore up AOG “dead zones” by utilizing MRO Insider’s data and setting best practices for the AOG community moving forward.

MRO Insider announces that, year-to-date, the platform has added over 70 maintenance provider locations in the United States from 14 companies supporting AOG, scheduled maintenance and parts. This increase pushes the total number of provider locations to 350 between the United States, UK, Mexico and Brazil.

The new layout explains how the platform functions, details the service quote solution it provides operators and providers, and gives visitors a background of who is behind MRO Insider and the history of the company.

MRO Insider announces that the platform has launched a live map feature on its service quoting platform that will allow operators to request quotes from AOG, FBO or detailing providers on demand, based on live-updated locations.

MRO Insider announces that Aaron White has joined its team as director of Sales. He will work out of Nashville, TN, and cover the United States and Canadian territory for MRO Insider.

MRO Insider and WYVERN announce that they have continued to move ahead with their partnership to bring safety to the forefront of business-aviation maintenance. MRO Insider has developed an operator-facing indicator on its platform to distinguish MROs who have a WYVERN-certified SMS system and will work directly with Wyvern and the MROs to make this a success.

MRO Insider announces that the company has released an update to its technology, allowing aircraft operators to post public-facing reviews of service providers. This feature is available to all operators and, at this time, is not specific to events streamlined through the MRO Insider network. Any operator who has meaningful feedback on service providers listed on the platform is invited to share information about their experience.
