Position Summary
AOG Resources is seeking experienced Heavy Maintenance Aviation Mechanics with the following specialties: Quality Control, Avionics, Structures / Sheet metal, APG, Interiors (FAA Licensed OR Unlicensed). In this role, you will support heavy maintenance operations on commercial aircraft (Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, etc. You will perform a wide range of tasks including servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, preserving, and overhauling aircraft systems and components. All work must be completed in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM specifications, and company maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial aircraft systems and components.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute necessary repairs or modifications as directed.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documents.
  • Complete all required documentation for maintenance activities and assume accountability through proper sign-off procedures.
  • Utilize tools, gauges, and instruments efficiently and safely to complete assigned duties.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, maintenance protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Work independently or under the supervision of licensed A P mechanics, contributing to aircraft readiness and safety.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial or military aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Documented training GenFam/Systems Courses) on heavy commercial aircraft Boeing or Airbus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Specialty specific requirements available upon inquiry
