Cadorath, headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada, announces the completion of a new repair design in partnership with Roll-Royce. The "One Week Wonder" project, a hugely popular attraction in which a complete airplane is built over a seven-day period, is returning to EAA AirVenture in 2022. It will again feature the Pick the Paint poll where aviation enthusiasts and AirVenture attendees have the opportunity to vote on the aircraft's final paint design and scheme.

The Charlotte County Airport Authority (CCAA) announces that $3 million was approved in the Florida State Budget for a new combined hangar and classroom facility for Charlotte Technical College’s (CTC) FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technician School. The budget was approved by Governor DeSantis on June 2, 2022.
