On November 20, Congressmen John Garamendi (D-CA), a senior member of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, applauded the committee’s passage of his bipartisan “Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing Disclosure Act of 2019” (H.R.4374) as part of a comprehensive bill (H.R.5119) pertaining to safety standards at foreign repair stations.

Duncan Aviation announces it has received approval from Honeywell Aerospace to perform automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) upgrades on the Honeywell RMU-855 and the RCZ-850 and RCZ-833 series transponders on aircraft that are on-site at a Duncan Aviation facility.

C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, purchases an ATR 42-320 which is currently being disassembled to make parts available for sale or exchange around the globe. This is the seventh recent ATR purchase for teardown made by C&L.
