True Blue Power, a manufacturer of lithium-ion aircraft batteries, and 101 Aviation, a Texas-based company specializing in supplemental type certificate (STC) development, announce the True Blue Power Gen5 TB50 (50 amp-hour) and TB20 (20 amp-hour) lithium-ion batteries will be available for Gulfstream and Bombardier aircraft beginning Q1 2026.

A complete strip and intricate repaint of the G650.

Flying Colours Corp., a North American maintenance, repair, overhaul and completions business, optimizes its advanced paint preparation and application facility at its Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, headquarters to perform a complete strip and subsequent high-tech repaint of a Gulfstream G650. On completion the Gulfstream G650 fuselage boasts a sparkling pearl/mica Diamond Mine basecoat surface combined with an intricate design incorporating curving stripes and complicated swirling patterns.

Yingling Aviation is marking its 75th anniversary in 2021 by further expanding its operations at Wichita’s Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport. Vietnam Airlines, the national flag carrier of Vietnam, awards StandardAero a new contract for the support of the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW127M engines powering its fleet of ATR 72-500 regional turboprops. StandardAero will support the airline from its OEM-authorized PW100 designated overhaul facility (DOF) in Gonesse, France.
