Eve Air Mobility ("Eve") (NYSE: EVEX; EVEXW) selects BETA Technologies ("BETA") (NYSE: BETA) to supply electric pusher motors for its conforming prototypes and production aircraft. The agreement represents a potential 10-year opportunity for BETA of up to $1 billion and reinforces Eve’s commitment to proven technologies and dedication to exceeding mission requirements.

Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. (AWI) has received FAA PMA authorization for manufacturing and shipping new high performance stainless steel exhaust stacks for many Bonanzas, Cessnas and most Navions. The new technology incorporated in the replacement stacks increases performance over the original OEM stacks by up to seven horsepower. The increase in power is consistent through all power settings by equalizing back pressure across all cylinders.

A new aircraft maintenance company, Jet Maintenance International (JMI), is to be established at London Oxford Airport from the start of May. Headed by principals Neil Plumb and Ed Griffith, the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and aircraft management business will be primarily focused on Textron (Cessna) Citation and Dassault Falcon aircraft product support with line, base and AOG capabilities.

Apollo 11 command module pilot Michael Collins will be the featured guest as EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019 commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission, which in July 1969 marked the first time men landed on the moon and returned safely. EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019, the 67th annual Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in convention, is July 22-28 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, WI.

Satcom Direct (SD) announces the commercial service introduction of Intelsat FlexExec as part of its SD Xperience portfolio. The first high-speed, managed, end-to-end broadband service designed specifically for the business aviation sector, FlexExec is now being commercially delivered in partnership with Intelsat and Astronics AeroSat.

FlightSafety International and TRU Simulation + Training, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, form a new company called FlightSafety Textron Aviation Training. The new joint venture will provide training services for Textron Aviation's broad product line of business and general aviation aircraft.
