EBAA has taken the responsible and transparent decision to cancel EBACE26, which had been scheduled to take place in Geneva from June 2-4, 2026, to allow the Association to focus its efforts and resources on its core mission and to step up its work on shaping the initiatives, platforms and forms of engagement that best meet the needs of its members and those of Europe’s business-aviation community.

Honeywell (NYSE: HON) successfully demonstrates multiple alternate navigation technologies for military aircraft. These new products are intended to help ensure seamless navigation, even when GPS signals are blocked, interrupted or unavailable.

Jet Aviation announces it has received approval from the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) to use infrared thermography for non-destructive testing (NDT) in Basel. This is the company’s sixth NDT technique approved in Basel. The Basel NDT Shop was established in 1991 and further supports liquid penetrant, X-Ray, magnetic particle, eddy current and ultrasonic testing.

Duncan Aviation announces it will be installing its 250th Gogo Business Aviation (NASDAQ: GOGO) AVANCE™ L5 in-flight Wi-Fi system in a Gulfstream GV-SP at its facility in Lincoln, NE. Using one of the nine supplemental type certificates (STC) developed by the company’s Engineering & Certification department, the Duncan Aviation avionics technicians will perform the company’s full-equipment installation of the popular, reliable Wi-Fi system.

Hartzell Propeller reaches an agreement with the Recreational Aviation Foundation (RAF) to offer a special $1,000 discount on all new Hartzell backcountry propellers sold to RAF members. The RAF is a national organization headquartered in Bozeman, MT, which is dedicated to preserving, improving and creating airstrips for recreational access.

Flying Colours Corp., an international maintenance, repair and overhaul business, begins its first Ka-band installation on a super-mid-size Bombardier Challenger 604. The connectivity system upgrade forms one part of a wider 96-month heavy maintenance check being conducted in tandem with a 192-month landing-gear restoration, along with other maintenance tasks and required service bulletins. The privately owned aircraft is undergoing the work at the Flying Colours Corp. Peterborough facility in Ontario. 

StandardAero announces it has appointed Lewis Prebble as president of the company’s Airlines & Fleets division. Prebble most recently served at Rolls-Royce as senior vice president for the Americas, where he led the company’s $1 billion airline-facing jet-engine business and was responsible for delivering comprehensive end-to-end customer services over the entire engine-product lifecycle.
