Cutter Aviation’s president and CEO, Will Cutter, celebrates 10 students from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University who received the Bill Cutter Memorial Scholarship. The students were honored at a breakfast that took place at Cutter Aviation’s location within the Prescott Regional Airport.
