Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) announces that the Gogo Galileo HDX terminal has received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certification (STC) approvals for the Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft family. Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR, worked closely with Gogo to obtain the STC modification, which is now available for installation from Dassault Falcon Jet and its Authorized Service Center (ASC) network.

Honeywell (NYSE: HON) releases an update to its Honeywell Forge platform for business-aviation flight departments that includes multiple integrations and new features. The updates include a new integration with Professional Flight Management’s scheduling software and a new cabin-connectivity analytics dashboard. Additionally, the beta version of a propulsion-data reporting system will now integrate aircraft health data with maintenance and service plan (MSP) monthly reporting.

DAS/FLITE Announce Combined Capabilities

Dallas Aeronautical Services (DAS) and FLITE Components (FLITE) announce that the two companies will now work in conjunction with one another as sister companies supporting a wide range of composite and aerostructure repairs. Both DAS and FLITE provide a wide spectrum of capabilities and are centrally located in the Dallas, TX, area for the convenience of the customer.

JetHQ Expands to Support Latin American Growth

JetHQ continues its global aircraft expansion, adding an experienced aviation professional to meet the needs of clients in Mexico and Latin America. The aircraft transaction and brokerage company announces that Gabriela Perez de Leon has joined the team as Sales director, based in and overseeing Mexico. Perez de Leon will work with vice president of Sales, Chris Morales, who currently covers Latin America.

Gardner Standard LLC announces the acquisition of Shadin, L.P. (d.b.a Shadin Avionics) from The Wright Group. Based in Eden Prairie, MN, Shadin Avionics maintains a rich history of designing, manufacturing and providing support services for fuel flow systems, engine trend monitoring, altitude management systems, air-data computers and other instrumentation for turbine, piston and rotor aircraft for the military, general and corporate aviation markets.

Avant Aerospace relocates from Dallas, TX, to hangar #12 at the St. Louis Downtown Airport (KCPS) in close proximity to West Star’s full-service MRO location at East Alton, IL. AVANT moved its offices and complete inventory to the new location to improve overall efficiency and consolidate inventory in the 20,000 square feet of hangar space.
