West Star Aviation’s PCD Location Receives Class 4 Repair Station Classification
West Star announces that its Perryville, MO (PCD), location has been FAA-approved as a Class 4 Repair Station. The facility is one of four full-service West Star locations. With the new approval, all four locations are now FAA-approved as Class 4, which certifies them to service larger sheet-metal airframes, as well as most major corporate airframes and models.

HAI Cancels HAI HELI-EXPO 2021
Responding to an increasing number of voices from across the vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) industry, Helicopter Association International (HAI) announces it has made the difficult decision to cancel HAI HELI-EXPO 2021.
HAI will not reschedule this year’s event. Instead, the association will redirect its efforts to producing HAI HELI-EXPO 2022, which will be held on March 7–10 in Dallas, Texas, a city that has traditionally been a hub of rotorcraft operations. HAI HELI-EXPO® has long served as a venue where the international VTOL industry annually gather — to connect, learn, and conduct $2 billion in business.
King Aerospace Adds Director of Interiors
Jeffery Potter joins King Aerospace as director of interiors. He will be based at the company’s facility in Ardmore, OK. Potter brings extensive experience in green completions and interiors. Over the course of his more than 30-year career, he served in director-level positions for AERIA Luxury Interiors, Gore Design Completions and Associated Air Center.
