Now Hiring: Structures Mechanic Location: Marana, AZType: Contract-to-HirePosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to join a respected aviation organization dedicated to maintaining the safety and performance of commercial and cargo aircraft. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in hands-on environments and take pride in delivering precise, high-quality work.Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures and systems
  • Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components
  • Calibrate and align aircraft systems using specialized tools
  • Operate equipment such as shears, brakes, welding tools, rivet guns, and drills
  • Interpret and apply technical data and maintenance manuals
  • Disassemble aircraft components and engines in accordance with established procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience
  • Experience with commercial or cargo aircraft preferred
  • Valid A License required
  • Willingness to work various shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
  • Valid driver’s license

Work Environment This is a physically active role based in a professional hangar setting. Candidates should be prepared to work in dynamic conditions that require movement, climbing, and manual labor.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
