C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, purchases two Citation Sovereign and two Citation XLS aircraft for teardown. Disassembly projects are underway on two of the aircraft with the other two projects already completed at C&L’s Bangor MRO facility.

Semetsing will lead sales and marketing activities in this region for the regional airline and corporate market segments.

C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company, announces that Michael Jackson has joined the company in the position of director of maintenance. In this position, Jackson is responsible for overseeing all repair-station activities at the company’s regional and corporate maintenance facility in Bangor, ME.

C&L Aviation Group purchases ACLAS Technics, a UK-based company that offers structural component repair and overhaul for multiple aircraft types, including ATR 42, ATR 72, P-8 Poseidon, B737, B747, B757, B777, A320, A330 and more. The acquisition is a continuation of C&L's growth plans, which include expanding its product and service offerings globally.

C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, continues to grow support for ATR operators with increased PMA part manufacturing. C&L has partnered with a manufacturer to become the exclusive distributor on a PMA part alternative for the rear tail-cone lens assembly for the ATR aircraft. C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company, receives both UK and EASA STC certification for its upgrade of the Universal UNS-1K (SCN600 or SCN800) series flight management system (FMS) to the UNS-1LW (SCN1000 series) WAAS-enabled unit for the Embraer 135/145 aircraft.
