FAA Diamond Award of Excellence

West Star Aviation announces that several locations in its network have been awarded the FAA Diamond Award of Excellence for 2023, including four of its full-service locations: East Alton, IL (ALN); Chattanooga, TN (CHA); Grand Junction, CO (GJT); and Perryville, MO (PCD).

Twelve teams at Textron Aviation receive the Federal Aviation Administration’s top-level Diamond Award of Excellence in recognition for their commitment to training and development. The teams include all 11 North American service centers located in Greensboro, Houston, Indianapolis, Mesa, Milwaukee, Newburgh, Orlando, Sacramento, San Antonio, Tampa and Wichita, as well as Textron Aviation’s ProOwnership maintenance team.

West Star Aviation announces that all four of its main, full-services locations at Chattanooga, TN (CHA); Grand Junction, CO (GJT); Perryville, MO (PCD); and East Alton, IL (ALN) have been awarded the FAA Diamond Award of Excellence for completing AMT specialized training pertaining to aviation maintenance, safety and FAA rules. This is the first year that three of the locations (ALN, GJT and CHA) have been awarded the prestigious honor, while PCD has been awarded several years in a row.

West Star Aviation is awarded two AMT Gold Awards of Excellence for its East Alton, IL (ALN), and Grand Junction, CO (GJT), facilities, along with two Diamond Awards of Excellence at its Denver, CO (APA), and Perryville, MO (PCD), locations. These were first-time awards for each facility, except PCD, which was awarded for the second consecutive year.

West Star Aviation announces it has been awarded the FAA Diamond Award of Excellence for completing specialized training pertaining to aviation maintenance, safety, and FAA rules at its Perryville, MO (PCD) facility. This is the second year in a row that this location has been awarded the prestigious award.
