VSE Corporation (“VSE”) (NASDAQ: VSEC), a provider of aviation aftermarket distribution and repair services, announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (“PAG”), a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx”), for total upfront consideration of approximately $2.025 billion in cash and equity.

Loar Group Inc. (“Loar”) announces that it has recently closed the acquisition of Desser Aerospace’s Proprietary Solutions segment from VSE Corporation (NASDAQ:VSEC; ”VSE”). The Proprietary Solutions segment will operate as DAC Engineered Products, LLC, (“DAC”) going forward.

VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC), a provider of aftermarket distribution and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for land, sea and air transportation assets for government and commercial markets, announces that it has acquired privately held Global Parts Group, Inc. (Global Parts) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $38 million, subject to customary working-capital adjustments.
