Textron Aviation Adds Dallas Satellite Service Center to Bolster Service Access, Convenience for Customers
Textron Aviation plans to open a new satellite service center by the end of 2022 in response to customer demand in the high-traffic Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. The Dallas Love Field location will offer additional flexibility to local and transit customers who operate Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker jets and turboprops, as well as complement the company’s unscheduled aircraft-on-ground (AOG) response.
Beechcraft, Cessna and Hawker customers receive factory-direct support, maintenance and modifications by Textron Aviation Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, through a global network of service and part centers, mobile service units and 24/7 1CALL AOG support.
“Dallas is an expanding market for locally based customers flying Textron Aviation aircraft, in addition to a large volume of transit customers doing business in the area,” says Brian Rohloff, senior vice president, Customer Support. “These customers now have access to local, factory-direct, expert service and support at our new satellite service center.”
The Dallas Satellite Service Center can accommodate unscheduled maintenance and AOG situations as an extension of factory-direct service centers in Houston and San Antonio. The center serves as the operations hub for nine mobile service units, in addition to others positioned throughout the state. The new 12,000-square-foot facility will have more than 20 technicians to support customers onsite.
