Description:
We are partnering with a start up that is overhauling Pratt Whitney PT6 engine's. Our client is looking for 3 experienced PT6 Engine Technicians.
- Perform inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on Pratt Whitney PT6 engines in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues
- Disassemble, clean, repair, reassemble, and test engine components and systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper use, care, and accountability of tools, equipment, and parts
- Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes to maximize efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
- FAA Powerplant license required
- Must provide own tools
- For this project, candidates must be a US Citizen
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Pratt Whitney PT6 engines
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service bulletins
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards
