Job Summary:Certified Aviation Services (CAS), a leader in innovative aviation maintenance solutions, is seeking a Full-Time A&P Mechanic (Cyclean) to perform Cyclean Engine Wash services.   • Perform Cyclean Engine Washes on commercial aircraft engines at Orlando International Airport (MCO), adhering to FAA and company procedures.
  • Operate and maintain the Cyclean equipment and company vehicle provided for station coverage and travel.
  • Set up, monitor, and execute safe and efficient engine wash procedures.
  • Conduct pre- and post-wash inspections to ensure compliance with OEM and customer standards.
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation as per FAA and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide excellent customer service during operations.

Coverage Schedule:

  • Orlando International Airport (MCO): Sunday-Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Wednesday 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Fulfillment of all listed days is not required but preferred.

Requirements: 

Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge for airport access.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or engine systems preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of jet engine systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cyclean Engine Wash Systems is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel between stations as needed.
