Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment for general aviation aircraft.

To work as part the Mobile Service Technician team (MST), focused on the maintenance activities and work scope of the Customers Citation aircraft. To install, adjust, functional test, troubleshoot and repair avionics systems on board the aircraft at remote locations. Will assist the MST A P with reviewing the work scope with Customers and adding squawks as required.

To perform and maintain proper inspection standards, methods and procedures used by the Service Center in complying with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturers recommendations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Heavy Depot Level Maintenance, Repair, and Modification of the aircraft structure and major subassemblies. Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair various sheet metal and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies utilizing precision measuring equipment.

Develops, implements and monitors quality control and ground safety programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Monitors and inspects documentation and performance of aircraft and support equipment maintenance, reviewing other peoples work and determining accuracy and conformity.

Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
