JOB TITLE: Material Coordinator

Estimated Pay: Up to $640/Week (After Taxes) or $19/hr
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday - Friday

Summary:
Maintain the program tool crib, manage supplies and tooling, and support suppliers/customers per site processes and procedures.
This role ensures proper inventory control, storage, and distribution to meet production and program requirements.
Process, verify, route, store, order, deliver, and track materials in compliance with company and customer procedures.
Operate material handling equipment, company vehicles, barcode readers, and other GSE equipment.
Read and interpret work orders, part lists, specifications, shipping/receiving documents, and maintain accurate documentation.
Consolidate and assemble parts kits, tooling kits, and hazardous material kits.
Perform inventory audits, report discrepancies or damaged materials, and support material issue and storage procedures.
Fabricate special containers and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
Perform rough and non-angular cutting of materials, primarily tubing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, FOD control, housekeeping, tool control, and inventory management.
Analyze production schedules to determine material needs and coordinate solutions to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years stockroom/crib procedures experience
3+ years working with computer-based inventory or warehouse management systems
1+ years managing government property (Acquisition, Receiving, Identification, Movement, disposition, contract closeout, subcontractor control, records, utilization, and physical inventory)
Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to support rotating shifts
Regular and predictable attendance
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 35 lbs; occasional 2-person lift for weights >50 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, balancing, reaching overhead, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, and rotation of head/neck
Occasional climbing of 3 12 ft ladders or stands
Exposure to noise and occasional contact with metals
Pass visual acuity and color perception tests
Handle, use, and dispose of hazardous materials
Obtain and maintain required training certifications
