SkyBridge Aviation is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.

Job Description:
Join our team as a Crew Chief specializing in F-16 aircraft maintenance. This role is crucial to ensuring our fleet remains in optimal condition for operational readiness. As a Crew Chief, you will oversee daily flight and maintenance requirements, perform troubleshooting, installations, and repairs, and conduct periodic inspections. Your expertise in electro-mechanical systems and structural repairs will play a vital role in maintaining airworthiness.
General Duties Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily flight and maintenance operations for F-16 aircraft.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and installations at the organizational maintenance level.
  • Assist with major maintenance tasks and periodic inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) principles during tool and equipment handling.
  • Perform line maintenance, servicing, and inspection-level tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 
  • MUST have at least 4+ years of recent F-16 experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • USAF 5 level or equivalent with extensive experience in fighter aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Tools are NOT required, they will be provided

Certifications:

  • AA Airframe and Power Plant (A P) license is required or must be able to obtain within 90 days of starting.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
