We are constantly studying and evaluating our benefits programs and policies to better meet present and future requirements.Job Title: Avionics TechnicianLocation: St. Louis, Missouri (STL)Company: GoJet AirlinesOverview:GoJet Airlines is seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to join our Maintenance Team in St. Louis, MO. The Avionics Technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of aircraft electrical and avionics systems on CRJ-550/700 aircraft in accordance with FAA, company, and manufacturer standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting, inspection, installation, and repair of aircraft avionics systems and components.
  • Use wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose malfunctions.
  • Test and adjust instruments, flight controls, navigation, communication, and entertainment systems.
  • Ensure work meets FAA and company safety and quality standards.
  • Accurately document maintenance performed in accordance with company policies and FAA requirements.
  • Support AOG and line maintenance operations when required.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure aircraft are airworthy and released on time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of aircraft avionics or electrical maintenance experience (CRJ experience preferred).
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate preferred but not required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals.
  • Must be willing to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to pass FAA drug & alcohol testing and background checks.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
