  • This mechanic maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components, applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies r
  • Coordination of Avionics activities related to the completion and repair of new and used aircraft.
  • Assigning tasks / jobs to the technicians working on the aircraft.
  • Work with Completion Engineer and Program Manager to define parts required for the completion and assist Spares when necessary with ordering parts.
  • Perform inspections, repairs, service and modifications to the helicopters electrical system.
  • Clean up work area at the end of shift.
  • Work in the SAP computer system regarding sign offs and logging time on jobs.

This position is responsible for fabricating, repairing, replacing, or rebuilding aircraft structures, repair parts, and special tools, in accordance with policies, procedures, requirements, and specifications established by the company, applicable government agencies, and aircraft manufactures as contained in approved Maintenance Manuals.

  • Responsible for high proficiency in all minor through major repairs, modifications, E.A.s, with minimal supervision.
  • Highly proficient in fabrication, cold working, flap peening and jacking/shoring aircraft.
  • Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards.
