Primary Job Duties

  • Will be responsible for making critical decisions regarding aircrafts safety in a timely manner
  • Will be responsible for proficiency in all documentation and paperwork, including parts paperwork
  • Must be able to read and understand aircraft drawings
  • Must have basic set of sheet metal tools

Complete Aviation Services and Modification (CASM) has an open position for experienced Structures and Avionics Mechanics. This is a long term, full-time position with opportunity for direct hire.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION This is job is at a Depot Level repair facility maintenance on types of aircraft, which include, but not limited to AV-8, C-130, C-2, E-2, EA-6B, F/A-18, H-1, H-53, H-60, MQ-8, P-3, P-8, T-34, F-35 and V-22. Military Intermediate level experience is a plus.

The Avionics Technician performs a variety of installation and maintenance of avionics hardware and wiring assemblies at customer standards of quality. The Avionics Tech will conduct operational checks, troubleshooting and the repair of avionics and electrical systems on all types of aircraft.

Troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality.

This program will consist of 12 week classroom training where the Apprentice will be assigned a Mentor who will provide daily oversite of and exposure to aircraft structural repair assignments.

RS Aircraft Technician II - Weekend 1st Shift in GAC WestfieldUnique Skills:n/aEducation and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.

QA Certification Specialist III in GAC SavannahUnique Skills:Demonstrated experience reconciling aircraft manufacturing records to Engineering requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects, facilitate cross functional meetings and ensure conformity requirements are met to support established test schedules.

RS Aircraft Technician II in GAC DallasUnique Skills:N/AEducation and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.

RS Aircraft Technician I in GAC AppletonUnique Skills:Must be able to work multiple shifts.Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate or 2 years of aviation maintenance experience.

RS Avionics/Electrical Technician I - 2nd Shift in GAC AppletonUnique Skills:A P, FCC, NCATT certifications, or equivalent military experience preferred.Education and Experience Requirements: High School graduate/GED. Two (2) years related work experience; or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics.
